User access to NTS’ online system requires a log-in with User-ID and Password. NTS clients can establish a multi-level security structure for its users and authorize access to data and functionality by User-ID.

All of NTS’ systems are fully replicated in two data centers located in different areas of the country. Our redundant data centers ensure system uptime and availability to NTS’ clients 24/7, 365 days per year. If one system goes down for any reason, the redundant site immediately goes up. NTS also has disaster recovery procedures to ensure your data is protected at all times.
