David Stratis, Manager of Quality Assurance

Mr. Stratis has over 13 years of financial services experience, including commercial and residential property

tax management, underwriting, commercial and consumer credit, collections, and customer service. In addition,

Mr. Stratis has over four years of experience in the commercial real estate industry as a marketing professional. 

In this role, Mr. Stratis was one of two professionals selected to organize and implement an extensive four-day

grand opening schedule of events for a major downtown "Festival Marketplace" development in Phoenix, AZ.

In his current role, Mr. Stratis established a Quality Control Department within the operations division of National

Tax Search and is currently developing and introducing quality initiatives throughout the entire organization, using

 "Six Sigma" process management methodology.

Mr. Stratis graduated from Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea, Ohio with a Bachelor of Science in Business

Administration and Biology, with a minor in Chemistry. Actively involved in civic organizations in the Uptown

neighborhood of Chicago, Mr. Stratis has assumed a leadership role in neighborhood community improvement

projects. He is a member industry organizations such as the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA).
