Margaret Ferguson, Director of Cash Management

Ms. Ferguson has over 12 years of commercial and residential property tax management experience.  In this

time, she has practiced all facets of the property tax servicing industry. 

In her current position as Director of Cash Management, Ms. Ferguson manages the overall payment processing

 for our clients and financial transactions for the company.

In her previous position as Director of Product Management, Ms. Ferguson oversaw all duties that directly effected

products and services.  She also managed the overall marketing initiatives to assist the company and sales team

in achieving and surpassing NTS’ goals. Her department also conducted research, provided analysis

on the market, competition, sales and industry-related issues.

Ms. Ferguson obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Augustana College in Illinois and is

a member of industry organizations such as the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA).
