Karmichael Reed, Director of Operations Mr. Reed has over 9 years of commercial and residential property tax management experience. In these years, all levels of property tax servicing have been performed including mapping legal descriptions, researching detailed information for properties and parcels, obtaining and reporting property tax information (current and delinquent), obtaining refund monies from taxing authorities and resolving all client issues.
Mr. Reed’s current responsibilities are to oversee the operations for property tax servicing in all departments that include title, quality control, customer relations, training and development, and the agency department. He is also responsible for managing department personnel, overseeing company policies and processes, and enhancing and implementing new policies and processes for these departments. In addition, he is involved in department budgeting, personnel review and management of incentive programs.
Mr. Reed graduated from Roosevelt University in Illinois with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He is a member of industry organizations such as the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA).
