Ginger England, Director of Sales/ Business Development

Ms. England has over 20 years of mortgage banking and tax service experience. Prior to joining NTS, she

managed the tax and escrow operations for Global Realty Outsourcing, a BPO company in Charlotte, NC

 and Chennai, India.  She was responsible for Wachovia Securities’ CMBS and GSE portfolios, specifically

 commercial tax, escrow administration and ground rent operations.  Ms. England also managed onshore and

offshore operations for Wachovia's escrow and non-escrow commercial property taxes.

Prior to joining GRO/Wachovia Securities, Ms. England was Vice President at a well-known commercial

property tax servicer based in Dallas, TX.  Her responsibilities included overseeing the operational facets of

commercial servicing and marketing new business opportunities. Prior to that, she was Manager for

Transamerica Real Estate Tax Service in Nashville TN/Dallas, TX and managed customer service and claims

processing operations for both residential and commercial loans.  Ms. England started in Mortgage Banking

with Shearson Lehman Hutton Mortgage Company in the tax department in San Bernardino, California.

Ms. England attended Volunteer State in Tennessee and is a member of industry organizations such as the

Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) and CREW Network, the Charlotte Chapter.
