Ginger England, Director of Sales/ Business Development

Ms. England has over 26 years of mortgage banking and tax servicing experience in both the commercial

and residential sectors. In her current position, she oversees the sales department, marketing department

and customer relations. She is responsible for generating revenue, creating new ideas for services and

products, planning and implementing marketing initiatives, maintaining client relations and ensuring client

satisfaction. Ms. England is also responsible for managing department personnel, overseeing current and

new company policies and processes, and managing the budgets for these departments.

Prior to joining NTS, Ms. England was VP for GRO/Wachovia Securities in Charlotte, NC and Chennai, India

where she managed the real estate tax department, escrow analysis and ground rent operations.  Prior to GRO,

she was VP at First American Commercial Tax Service based in Dallas, TX.  Her responsibilities included

overseeing the operational facets of commercial servicing and marketing new business opportunities.  Prior to

that, she was Manager for Transamerica Real Estate Tax Service and managed customer service and

claims processing operations for both residential and commercial clients. 

Ms. England attended Volunteer State in Tennessee and is a member of many industry organizations such

as the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).
